CURRICULUM:
Ido Recanati is a graduate of the SHENKAR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND DESIGN, Israel 2000, Major in Fashion Design.
Between 2001-2003 I´ve lived and worked in Barcelona and started designing for my own brand, IDO. My collections were exhibited in showrooms and sold in 15 stores in Spain and France.
Upon my return to Israel at 2003 I started designing in my home studio, In 2005 opened my flagship boutique in Rabin Square, a busy shopping district near the Tel-Aviv Municipality building.
Inbar gross is a graduate of the Tel Aviv university school of architecture, Israel 2000, Major in B.Arch.
Between 2001-2003 I´ve lived and worked in Barcelona there I done some design works with a Spanish architect and started designing with Ido for his own brand. With the return to Israel worked as an architect in a Tel Aviv office for 5 years on privet and public projects, and continue working in the Ido Recanati studio. Since the opening of the boutique and the growth of their fashion business felt the need to work as full time designer at their fashion design studio, and continued designing some projects as an independent architect.

Since he founded his brand IDO in 2000, fashion designer Ido Recanati stays true to its core values in every collection he creates: good fit, comfort and high quality combined with a unique interpretation of details and subtle humor.
IDO addresses 25-45 year old cosmopolitan women. His Urban Chic style is designed but not overdone. IDO´s designs appeal to the sophisticated, self assured woman, be she young or mature – that wishes to express her individuality through her fashion choices. By wearing IDO she can make a personal statement yet remain communicative and in a constant dialog with her urban setting. A self-described
family man, Ido is married and the proud father of two sons, Noam and Itai. His family is a strong source of inspiration. Inbar Recanati – his wife is an accomplished architect who also plays an important role in IDO by bringing her own fresh design language to the collections along with her hands-on management of their fashion business.
Tel-Aviv, where Recanati lives and works is a source of inspiration. Dynamic, hedonistic, informal Tel-Aviv has much to offer in terms of culture, fashion, restaurants, nightlife and leisure in general. Recanati manages to convey the Tel-Aviv spirit in IDO´s fashion statement.
IDO´s innovative clothing is currently available in selective stores in Israel as well as in his flagship boutique in Tel-Aviv. Recanati is not only focused on the local market, he exported to Spain and is currently working on international business development.
